Terms of Service

By downloading or using Lookingoood ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Lookingoood is a social fashion app that lets users share outfit combinations, discover looks from others, and manage their wardrobe.

2. Account Registration

• A valid email address is required to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not create an account using false or misleading information.
• Each person may only hold one account.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos and content you upload. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Nudity, violent, or hate-speech imagery
• Content that exposes other people's personal data without consent
• Spam, misleading, or commercial solicitation content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate the associated account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant Lookingoood a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display and store that content within the App. This license ends when you delete your account.

The Lookingoood name, logo, and all App-related intellectual property belong to the developer and may not be used without written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the App
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts

6. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Accounts that violate these Terms may be terminated without warning.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or freedom from errors. Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish law remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any user-generated content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
