This Privacy Policy explains how Lookingoood ("App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users in accordance with applicable laws, including Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

• Account information: email address, username, full name
• Profile content: profile photo, bio
• User-generated content: outfit photos, canvas images, product tag information
• Technical data: IP address, device type, OS version, and app usage logs (collected automatically via Firebase)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and authenticate your account
• To provide core features (posting outfits, likes, feed)
• To ensure platform security and content integrity
• To identify and fix technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

Your data is shared only with the following service provider:

• Google LLC / Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase servers are located in the United States. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9.

We do not share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.

5. International Data Transfer

Due to Firebase infrastructure, your personal data is stored on servers located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer as required under KVKK Article 9.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about how it is processed
• Learn the third parties your data has been transferred to
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (KVKK Article 7)
• Object to processing

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted immediately.
